1.Central Catholic (9-1): The loss to Lowell won’t slow Raider trek to Tsongas Arena.
2.Salem, N.H. (10-1): Unflappable on any court in the Granite State,
3.Pelham, N.H. (10-3): Don’t look now, but Todd Kress is building a capable supporting crew around his stars.
4.Salem, Mass. (7-3): Hey, seven in a row is seven in a row. Nobody’s hotter.
5.Londonderry, N.H. (6-3): Jim Zorbas’ group grinds and grinds until you blink. Nobody does it better.
6.Andover (8-5): All but one loss is against a top 5 team in Emass.
7.Brooks (10-4): Imagine if Alex Oryiakhi had just stayed put. You won’t find a more sound group in the ISL right now.
8.Masconomet (9-3): Still the team to watch in the CAL.
9.North Andover (9-3): Did somebody mention fundamentally sound? Knights in regular mid-season form.
10.Marblehead (6-3): Love the emergence of Taariq Allen as a top scoring option.
yes masco did lose 2 n.andover but wouldnt it be intresting if n.andover lost 2 Georgetown!! who's that?
#2 01/23/2008 06:41 PMHow is NA ranked behind Masco when two of their three losses game to the top two teams in the poll and they beat Masco?
#4 01/24/2008 09:25 PMHow is St. John's Prep not in the top 5? They play the toughest schedule besides Andover. 4 of their losses are from BC High and CM (D1 and D2 North State Champions) St. John's lost to Central Catholic last year by 3 points and beat Pelham last year by 40 points. Get Masco and North Andover off there they play in the Cape Ann League lol.
#5 01/24/2008 11:26 PMmasco lost to ipswich, and win close, where N A beat masco and N A kills opponents. i dont get it
