Governor's Academy senior Mackenzie Gray of Andover went 40-0 then 40-0.75 to place fifth in the triple jump at New Balance Nationals. No other local girl has gone that far. The previous mark was 40-0 by Camille Quarles of Pinkerton in 2007.
Andover’s sprint medley girls relay of Emily Rothmann, Julia Torres, Audrey Adam and Hanna Ameen took 12th place (4:19.92) in the Emerging Elite.
Andover’s 4x800 girls relay of Colleen Mullins, Grace O’Hara, Sarah Rothman and Cate Donovan placed 15th (9:55.13) in the Emerging Elite.
