North Andover's Eric Duffy rolled to victory with a school-record 3,185 points at the MSTCA Individual Pentathlon on Saturday.
The multi-talented Duffy turned in huge efforts in the 110 hurdles (15.32), high jump (6-1.5), shot put (36-5), long jump (20-1.25) and 1,500 (5:06.93) to take first in the event, which was held at North Andover High.
Fellow Scarlet Knight Sarah Lavery was third in the girls competition. She finished with 2,298 points, with performances in the 100 hurdles (16.73), high jump (4-11.5), shot put (17-11), long jump (14-4) and 800 (2:55.69).
