The North Reading girls soccer team fell to Swampscott 2-1 in overtime in the first round of the Division 3 North tournament. Mia DeNofrio had the goal early in the second half assisted by Juliette Nadeau. The Hornets finish the year 11-5-3 and will not reach the Division 3 North final for the first time since 2013.
