With assists on all but one goal, North Reading exhibited strong team play in its 15-1 lacrosse win over Malden. Colby Larsen had five goals and two assists and Mitch Dolloff was 13 of 17 on faceoffs as Windham doubled up on Johns Stark, 8-4, for the Jaguars first ever varsity win.

Peter Field took a pass from Jeff Auger and scored with 32 seconds left in the game to help Pinkerton stay perfect, giving the Astros an 11-10 win over Exeter.

Matt McIver led Andover with a goal and three assists, but Billerica took home a 16-8 victory.

Taking a pass on a turnover-fueled fast break, freshman Geoff Fulgione of North Andover scored with less than a minute left as Brooks edged Pingree, 11-10. North Andover's Ryan Nowicki registered his first varsity goal as part of the victory.

Tri-captain Ben Warren stepped up big for Georgetown as his six-point effort drove an 11-7 lacrosse win over Triton. "He really controlled the tempo," head coach Matt Bouchard said. "Ben took a strong leadership role. I told him to settle the ball and control it and he did. This was his best game of the year without question."

Despite the best efforts of sophomore goalie Jeff Trovato (16 saves in a busy night), Windham dropped a 12-6 decision to ConVal.

Lowell's fast start stood up in an 8-5 victory over Central Catholic. Senior captain Ryan Forgione corralled 13 ground balls and was a stalwart on defense. "He's been the leader of the defense all year," coach Kevin Lally said, "and he played well (last night)."
