Alex Mayhew kept dominating the competition, winning the long jump (20-6), 100 (11.0) and 200 (22.6) as Haverhill beat Chelmsford 78-66.

Ahamdi Ogwuru won the long jump with a 19-8 and took the high jump with a 6-0 as North Andover beat Andover 91-54. Coach Steve Nugent said it marked the first time his Scarlet Knights boys beat the Golden Warriors in his 12-year tenure as coach.

In a 93-52 win over Londonderry, Pinkerton owned the track evens with wins in the 100 and 200 (James Toohey), 400 (Connor Kwiecien), 800 and 1,600 (Chris Poggi) and 3,200 (Nick Pietrocarlo).

Jordan Bowman won the long jump, 400 and 4x100 as Salem whipped Manchester Central. Alex Magoon fired the javelin 168-11 to win easily.

North Andover captured first in the high jump and pole vault relays, while also taking the spring medley on the way to winning the MSCTA Division 2 relays for the first time in program history, according to Scarlet Knights coach Steve Nugent. Central Catholic was fourth as a team.

The Sachem boys also vaulted to victory, with Joe Labrecque, Tom Funk and Tom Labrecque combining for a 31-0. The boys were eighth as a team.

Ian Mitchell won the triple jump, high jump, 400 and 4x400 as Pentucket blitzed Amesbury.

John Braga was a three-event winner, taking the long jump (25-11.5), high jump (5-10) and 110 hurdles (16.74) to lead North Reading 82-63 over Ipswich. 

Triple winner Alex Mayhew long jumped 22-1, which Haverhill coach Mike Maguire said eclipsed Toney Pendleton's school record from the early '70s. Andover won the meet, 78-58, behind double-winner Mark Zavrl.

North Andover threw a big scare into defending indoor All-State and cross country state champs Lowell. In a 75-70 loss, Patrick Irwin won the triple jump and high jump and Yanni Falaras had a 7-foot personal best to win the shot.
