Connor Morin got the game-winning hit, driving in Andrew Thibault, who had doubled. Sebastian Mexico led the offense with two hits and two runs, the final also coming in the seventh on a sacrifice fly by Brett Blackwell.

Jennie Wang stepped up for her first victory at No. 1 singles, as Andover beat North Andover 5-0. Rachel Chen and Evie O'Brien added singles wins.

In the varsity debut for both teams, Sarah Petisce and Panvi Patel won No. 2 doubles 6-0, 6-0 to help Methuen beat Lowell 5-0.

Haverhill's Elena Albano won top singles 6-0, 6-3, giving her a 13-1 record at the end of the regular season, as the Hillies fell to Chelmsford 4-1.

Eighth grade twins Breena and Olivia Lawrence played well at first doubles, winning 8-2, as Methuen blanked Lowell 5-0.

Isabel Zhou (No. 1 singles) and Evie O'Brien (No. 3) each scored sweeps, while Rachel Chen added a 6-0, 6-1 win as Andover stayed perfect (9-0) by beating North Andover 9-0.

Carolyn Wang won No. 2 singles (8-4), Cameron Livingstone took No. 3 singles (8-4) and they teamed to win No. 2 doubles (9-8) as Windham beat Portsmouth 6-3 in the New Hampshire Division 2 semifinals. Jess Thibodeau won top singles for the Jaguars, who will play for the championship on Friday (4 p.m.) at Dover High School.

Abby Poulin rallied from a rough second set to win 6-3, 1-6, 10-5 in a tiebreak at No. 1 singles as Methuen topped Chelmsford 5-0.

After losing to Notre Dame 3-2 on Monday, Haverhill's girls reversed the score for the win Tuesday. Nadia Sosa was the difference at third singles.

Elena Albano improved to 10-0 on the season with a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 1 but Notre Dame-Tyngsboro edged Haverhill, 3-2.
