Pinkerton sophomore Val Martin tied her career high for points with 20 to lead the Astros 56-43 over Nashua North in girls basketball action.
Brandi Bonneau did a fine job guarding Nashua North's top offensive player, Taylor Choate.
This was another strong win for Pinkerton (16-1, 14-0 Div. 1) as Nashua North had entered with just one Division 1 loss and was trying to grap a share of first place.
