Pinkerton girls basketball suffered its first Division 1 loss yesterday, dropping a 57-42 decision to defending champion Bishop Guertin.
Both teams now are tied at the top of the standings with a 14-1 record.
The Astros had lost to Salem earlier this year, but that was in the Greater Lawrence Christmas so it didn't count toward the D-1 standings.
