Londonderry is showing good staying power as one of the new premier teams in the region.
The Lancers won their third tournament of the year yesterday, rolling to 254 1/2 points to take first at the 25-team Minickiello Memorial Tournament in Keene, comfortably ahead of runner-up Concord (199 1/2).
Londonderry had 13 wrestlers place in the top four, led by champions Tyler Byrd (106), Mitch Rose (120), Jean-Luc Lemieux (132), Jon Young (152) and Will Bean (160). Tyler Byrd and Young pinned their way to titles and Lemieux remained undefeated.
Finishing second for Londonderry were Kyle Byrd at 170 and Richard Bilodeau at 195.
Londonderry previously captured the Alvirne and Bow tournaments as well as placing fifth at the Bossi Lowell Holiday Tournament.
