Pentucket buried nine goals in the first quarter on its way to a dominant 17-3 win over a shorthanded Saugus team, which was playing without six of its seniors who were suspended after smoking cigars following their graduation ceremony.
Connor Melone got the scoring started, potting the first of his game-high five goals within the first two minutes. Nick Lamattina added four goals.
