MARION — The unbeaten Phillips Academy field hockey team got some meaningful revenge Saturday.
Defeated by Greewich Academy in the Class A prep finals last year, the Big Blue rallied for a 2-1 victory in the Class A semifinals Saturday and will play in the finals at 2 p.m. today at Choate against Hotchkiss.

Phillips Academy had plenty of chances but it converted when the chips were down Saturday to defeat No. 1 Greenwich Academy, 2-1 in overtime in the Class A field hockey semifinals. Emily Batchelor got the game-winner on a rebound after Elizabeth Welch tied the game in the second half in a penalty stroke.
