Central Catholic beat Lowell 66-44. The Raiders improved to 15-1, remained unbeaten in the league and clinched the MVC Large title. Alex Nagri scored a season-high 16 points, Amanda Williams tossed in 15 and Madison Borrelli pulled down 12 rebounds.

Andover girls basketball held Lowell to just three points in the second quarter and just three points during the third period to roll 47-33.

Colleen Caveney led the Golden Warriors with 16 points, including netting three 3-pointers. 

North Andover's girls basketball team started slowly but rallied in the second half to take down Lowell, 59-56. Abbie Karalis finally put the Knights (6-4) ahead with a field goal in the fourth quarter and Mackenzie Mello made two key free throws in the closing seconds to seal the win.

Amanda Williams tossed in a career-high 30 points and owned the backboards with 15 rebounds to lift Central Catholic's girls over Lowell, 69-57. Alex Nagri chipped in a dozen points with seven steals for the winners.

For the first time in Dan Blouin's 10-year era as girls varsity coach at Lawrence, the Lancers beat Lowell.

Behind Aria Tate's 17 points (three 3-pointers) and Genesis Santana's 15 points, Lawrence won 48-46.

Trailing by seven points with 2:13 left, Andover delivered a massive comeback that Jessica Witten capped off with her sixth 3-pointer of the day, and Rebecca Alois clinched with a pair of free throws to give the Golden Warriors a 49-45 win.
