Pelham led by a touchdown after the first quarter, but was shutout the final three periods.
The Pythons lost 27-13 to Trinity on the road to fall to 1-1.
Pelham was coming off a bye last week and a 49-8 victory over ConVal two weeks ago.

WINDHAM — Streaking 80 yards to score in just under 90 seconds before the half, Trinity High danced to intermission, energized by the thoughts of an impending victory rally.
Windham High put those visions to rest pretty quick, scoring two quick third-quarter TDs to finish the rout of the Pioneers, 41-12, before about 800 fans at the Jags' home opener.
"They always have their kids ready, and we knew this was going to be a fight," said Windham QB Brendan McInnis.
Trinity has owned this newly-formed grid rivalry, taking three of the four previous games including playoff matches in 2012 and 2013. The Jags made a bit of a statement to the contrary yesterday, racking up 478 yards of offense.
Kellin Bail scored three times, cranking out 186 yards on nine carries with one three-yard TD catch. McInnis was has efficiently lethal self, hitting 7 of 12 (with three drops) for 95 yards and a pair of scores. He also broke Trinity's back with a 78-yard across-the-field TD scramble in a 9-carry, 89-yard rushing day.
"As much as it hurt them to watch it, our coaches spent a lot of hours watching that November (playoff loss to Trinity) on film. They had us prepared for what they were bringing to us today offensively," said Mcinnis. "The rest was on our offensive line. It might have been the best game I've seen them play in four years. They played awesome. Guys like Mike Bedient, who literally has played all five spots on the line. Kevin (Curran), Pat Hume, Kyle Adamson. They may be unsung outside the team, but they're our guys inside the locker room."
Up 27-12 at the break, Windham was in charge, but had to wonder what the third quarter might bring. But Bail ripped off a 65-yard TD, and Kurtis Jolicoeur ambled 50 yards up the gut on third-and-two as the Jags extended to move to 2-0 on the young season.
Next week, the Jags hit the road for Weare with a Saturday matinee date against 1-1 John Stark.
