Trailing by 3 with under two minutes left, Tommy Johnston (22 points, 4 3's) and Jason Hughes (19 points) led a big comeback and Timbdrlane beat CnVal 55-47.

Captains deliver

 

Captains Cam Donnelly and Mike Murphy led the way as Timberlane's boys beat Oyster River for the second time this year, 62-47. Donnelly had three 3-pointers and led in points with 17 while Murphy has 12 points and a whopping 21 rebounds.

Furious comeback falls short

Down by eight points with 3 minutes left, Timberlane boys basketball rallied back to tie Milford when Jason Hughes scored with 8 seconds left 68-68.

But Milford called a timeout and converted a shot at the buzzer to win 70-68.

Owls lose thriller

Jason Hughes scored 17 points but Timberlane's comeback attempt failed in a 51-50 loss to Hollis-Brookline. 

The Owls trailed most of the fourth quarter but took a lead with about 50 seconds remaining.

Owls surge to win

 

Timberlane's boys scored 43 of their 57 points in the second half to surge past Oyster River 57-48, giving the Owls their second win of the year, which is one more than last year. Jason Hughes and Chad Ripley both scored 11 of their 13 points in the second half and Hughes was named to the Oyster River All-Tournament team.
