His Lancers posted a big 3-1 win over St. John's Prep in the North quarterfinals. Games 2-3 were by 26-24 scores and the Lancers rallied from 8-1 down to win Game 4 25-16. Andy Henriquez was "amazing" with 30 assists and 7 kills. Joel Carmona added 10 kills, 3 aces and 4 digs.

Lawrence volleyball swept its first round tournament matchup against Boston Latin Academy to pick up an easy 3-0 victory. Andy Henriquez had 10 kills and 30 assists, and Joel Carmona had 14 service points and 2 aces. Lawrence will now face St. John's Prep in the North Quarterfinals next Tuesday.

The Lawrence volleyball team clinched the Merrimack Valley Conference title its 3-1 win over Chelmsford. Joel Carmona led the Lancers with 15 kills, and Andy Henriquez had 9 kills to go with 45 assists and 13 service points.

Marquis Rios collected 12 kills and Janci Soto and Joel Carmona added nine apiece as Lawrence swept Central Catholic.

Defending South finalist Needham rolled by Lawrence 3-0 in opening day action. Andy Henriquez and Joel Carmona had seven kills each in the loss.
