Pentucket junior Peter Lopata broke the school record on the Sachems' 2.95-mile course with a 15:52 to take first in an impressive 23-34 win over Triton. Sam Stys had a personal-record 16:26 in third and Will Coppola and David Gangemi gad their best races of the year in fifth and sixth respectively.
Read More »The Triton boys and girls cross country team both beat Amesbury to improve to 6-0 on the year. The boys team won 16-47 and was led by Keegan Ritchie, Graham Stedfast, Aidan Gay-Killeen and Diego Fernandez, who finished together and took first through fourth. The girls team won 19-37 and also took first through fourth, including winner Ellie Gay-Killeen, second place Sarah Harrington, third place Kylie Lorenzo and fourth place Kerry Power.
