Londonderry's Schwarz twins go 2-3 in heptathlon

Exeter's Hillary Holmes scored 4,358 points to win the New Hampshire Heptathlon. She was followed by Londonderry's Katie Schwarz (4,053) and Megan Schwarz (3,956).

Timberlane 91, Exeter 60

Sierra Obi had a discus throw of 104-10, the area's fifth best of the season, as part of Timberlane's 91-60 defeat of Exeter. Taylor Ordway and Kristen Swanson had two individual wins each for the Owls.

Swanson's grand slam

Kristen Swanson won the 100, 200, triple jump and 100 hurdles as Timberlane whipped Dover 107-37. On the boys' side, Gunnar Ericsson and Matt Dionne were triple winners but the Owls fell 76-68.

Pinkerton girls win at Nashua North

Pinkerton's Danielle Cole finished first in the 300 hurldes with a time of 50.84 and teammate Katy Ebner earned first place in the Javelin with a toss of 10-6, both helping the Astros to a first place finish at the Nashua North Invitational.

Swanson goes long way for wins

Winning a difficult double, Hannah Kimball was tops in the grueling 1,600 and 3,200 meter runs as Timberlane swept Manchester West and Somersworth. Taylor Ordway was her usual commanding self, winning the javelin, 100 and 200 for the Owls.

Timberlane Owl over Spaulding

Hannah Kimball (1,600 and 400) and Hayley Skinner (long jump and triple jump) highlighted a day of winning for Timberlane in an easy season-opening victory over Spaulding. The Owls took firsts in all but two events.
