Phillips was only seconds away from defeat, but wasn't interested in an overtime session.
With only 17 seconds to play, Greer McBeth scored to tie the score. Then, Caroline Garrity won he draw and took it in for the game-winner with seven seconds to play.
Brooke Van Valkenburg, Lizzie Paul and McBeth each had three goals for the Big Blue (2-2) and Nekele McCall added two more. Mallory Tyler (three saves) earned the win in net for Phillips.
