What a Knight for Oswald

NORTH ANDOVER — North Andover High senior Nick Oswald had a night to remember in the Knights' 56-28 thrashing of the Dracut High Middies.

He rushed for 402 yards. Please note, that is not a misprint.

In fact, Oswald had compiled 228 yards by halftime. He finished with three touchdowns, including two in the fourth quarter for 33 and then 50 yards, putting him over 400 yards on 39 carries.

Oswald is no stranger to headlines. Two weeks ago against Methuen, Oswald rushed for five TDs in North Andover's 35-0 blitzing of the Rangers.

Knights quarterback Casey Walsh, one of the top quarterbacks in the region this fall, had another nice game, completing seven of nine passes for 76 yards. He also rushed for 46 yards and two one-yard TD sneaks in the first quarter.

Overall, North Andover combined to rush for 509 yards.
