It took over 100 minutes to determine who was moving onto the boys soccer semis between Pinkerton and Hanover. After two overtime periods failed to yield a winner, the game went to PK's. Needing one more save to pick up the win, Pinkerton goalie Max Fairbanks got it done to lift Pinkerton to what would be a 1-0 victory in the Division 1 quarterfinals (3-2 in PK's).
No. 4 Pinkerton will play No. 9 Manchester Central on Wednesday at 6 p.m. from Nashua's Stellos Stadium. Manchester Central upset tep-seeded Bedford.
