Brooks senior Britt Hart ended her stellar high school career by doubling in classmate Kristen Sullivan (2 for 4) 3with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh in a 4-3 victory over local rival Phillips Academy. Hart threw a five-hitter, striking out nine, in picking up her 52nd career win as Brooks finished the season with a fine 14-3 record.

"It was a perfect ending to a great season, with two seniors involved in the winning run," said Brooks coach Andrea Heinze.
