Whittier's boys soccer team blanked Minuteman 5-0 to clinch the Commonwealth Conference small division for the third straight year and qualifying for the tournament. Steven Quimby had a hat trick to pace the Wildcats (7-7-2).

Steven Quimby scored the game's lone goal and the Whittier boys soccer team then held on for dear life, defeating Lawrence 1-0. Jon Hewey made 13 saves for the Wildcats, some of the spectacular nature, and both Jay Green and Pat Ruane stood out on defense.

For the second straight game, Steven Quimby posted three goals for Whittier, which won 7-0 over Minuteman yesterday. Luis Cortes also netted a hat trick for the the Wildcats (3-4-1).
