Wildcats apply defense

 

Once Whittier's girls got out of foul trouble, it had no trouble with Shawsheen last night.

With its frontcourt on the bench, Whittier trailed 27-26. When they were on the court, aided by some strong pressure defense, the Wildcats surged past the Rams for a 58-39 victory.

The Knights Strike Back

The North Andover girls avenged their loss to Whittier a couple weeks ago with a 57-49 victory last night. Megan Collins recorded a double-double for the Knights, scoring 11 points and bringing down 12 rebounds.
