Lowell scored three runs in the fifth to edge Haverhill (6-12) by a score of 5-4. Connor Manning drove in two runs and Alec Steed had two hits in the loss for the Hillies. Matt Fenderson threw his fifth complete game of the season, surrendering two earned runs on seven hits in the loss. The senior right-hander finished the year with a 1.56 ERA despite a 1-6 record. It was the seventh, one-run loss of the year for Haverhill.

Reliever Gabriel Hernandez allowed a couple of inherited runners to score in the bottom of the seventh but came through when he had to and stranded the tying run.
