Cassidy Musco was 3 for 3 with three RBIs and scored twice as Phillips Academy nipped Phillips Exeter 8-7 in eight innings, ending its season with a 16-3 record.

Emma Slibeck drove in two runs and got the win as Phillips Academy defeated Brooks 4-3, capping the first season for head coach Lindsay Maroney with a 15-3 record.

Phillips Academy's softball team fell to BB&N 4-2 in the finals to finish second in the Big East Tournament. The Big Blue (14-3) managed just four hits off tourney MVP Rohan Park. Earlier, Phillips advanced by defeating Noble & Greenough 7-1, led by Colby Bere's 3 for 3 effort.

The Phillips Academy softball team advanced in the winner's backet of the Big East Tournament with a pair of wins, 14-3 over Tabor and 11-9 over Noble & Greenough. Phillips only had eight hits against Noble but took advantage of 10 walks and got key hits from Hannah Cuff, Cassidy Musco (2 for 4) and Rachel Lin (2 for 4, 3 RBIs) to gain the win. The Big Blue is scheduled to face BB&N, which survived Brooks 3-2 in eight innings.is morning.  

Rachel Moore of Atkinson was 2 for 4, scored twice and drove in two to spark rising Phillips Academy to an 11-1 win over Worcester Academy. Hannah Cuff was 3 for 4 with two RBIs as well for the Big Blue (8-1).

Rachel Moore of Atkinson pitched (0 earned runs, complete game) and hit Phillips Andover to a 5-3 win over Phillips Exeter. She smacked a homer, scored three runs and drove in two. Cassidy Musco also had two ribbies.

Rachel Lin went 3 for 3 with an RBI to help Phillips softball take down previously unbeaten BB&N (6-1), 5-0. Jordan Penoyer tossed the shutout on the mound.

Andover's Sarah Carmichael hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the fourth to break a 2-2 tie and lift Phillips softball to a 6-2 win over North Reading.
