Timberlane rolled past Windham (30-28, 25-10, 25-20) to punch its ticket to its fourth straigth state final.
Owls coach John Dube said, "We were good. We started out a little slow. It was just a good solid effort."
Co-captain Ryan Doherty had 10 kills and three blocks for the 19-1 Owls.
"He was a real leader out there. Matt Perry (18 assists) and Brian Allen (17 assists) did a great job setting," said Dube.
On the return to the finals (Saturday, 6 p.m., at Nashua North), Dube said, "It means everything. We've worked really, really hard to get to this point."
Windham finished up at 10-8.
